Looking around her vision blurred, she blinked several times to clear her vision then looked at her horrific wounds which had been tended to. Calling out weakly for Talon, she realised how vulnerable she was. Seeing a sparkle of silvery white hair which had unexpectedly poked around the corner was followed by an indescribable mask.
"Are you alright?" He posed through the mask, his voice giving a strange chill down her spine as it slithered into her ears.
She nodded feebly; her vision had adjusted enough for her to make out that he was wearing a trench coat that was flawless black leather, which had a dull shine in the light. The man walked into the doorway into her full view, revealing his clothes were strapped and black and his pants clung tightly to his skeletal legs, similar to Talon's, yet so different.
" Alright then, well breakfast is ready if you care to join me," he notified her walking almost nonchalantly out into another room, his sleek black shoes clicking soft on the floor boards which shined a beautiful mahogany.

Entering the untidy looking kitchen she limped over to the small round table where her saviour sat carelessly, eyes glued to the newspaper he was reading. Taking a bit of toast which was a still warm with a golden brown centre where the butter had melted into the fibres of the cooked bread, giving a delectable aroma, she slowly began to eat the toast slice small nibbles at a time, watching 'Mister Mysterio' like a hawk. When she had finished her second piece of toast,  the silver haired male slapped his newspaper down on the table and closed it swiftly as he got to his feet standing a lot taller then Victoria had first thought. He then left down the dark hallway abruptly; as Victoria began to wonder why, the soft tinkle of a shower hitting the floor rang softly in her ears. She stretched back gingerly, her hand reaching upwards to rub her tender skull where the miserable bastard Shini had thrashed her oh so violently. Straining her memory, she tried to recall what had happened, she only found she could remember up to when Shini had decided to go absolutely insane, and strike unforgivingly into her skull, and followed by a blank void which teased her blithely. She wasn't left much more time to ponder the matter because the unsolved gentleman had strolled into the kitchen wearing but a towel which clung lazily yet tightly around his skeletal waist, she was subconsciously staring at his slim figure before he glanced over his shoulder, strands of hair clung around his face hiding it,  a deep cyan eye glowed brightly subtlety  through the hair, startled by the uneasy look she had received she averted her gaze to the mahogany floor boards, which a small insect crawled across. After a few minutes of waiting she felt a smooth white hand reach under her chin and lift her gaze up into his face, which annoyingly her eyes couldn't adjust properly making her vision blurry, He leaned in unexpectedly putting his face so close to hers they were nose to nose.
"Close your eyes…" His voice softly slithered tantalisingly.
She did as she was ordered, feeling an odd sense he was getting closer. She opened her blurry eyes to see, him muttering something, her vision perfected now as he had slipped his mask on, and her ears began to slide into view almost lazily, as did her tail drop down. Pinching him in the shoulder hard, she heard him sharply intake a breath as her tail and ears disappeared again.
"What did you do?" She struggled for breath.
He ignored the question walking to the door which over looked the forest area, grabbing some shoes and quickly slipping them on. Looking around Victoria could tell this man lived by himself, as the house wasn't tidy but wasn't messy, his sink was piled with a small amount of dishes, and it smelled lightly of grasses and something other she couldn't quiet put her finger on. He walked over to her, as he did so he began to speak.
"My name is Adalias, that's all you need to know." He explained briefly with the same familiar slithery tone. He was blunt but still had a kind tint to his voice.
He gently unwrapped the bandages around her wounds, clean them and re-dress them, he then reached out and touched her nose gingerly, flinching they both realised it was badly broken.
"He really did do a bit of damage there didn't he?" Adalias voiced with a hint of concern.
Victoria raised an eyebrow.
"Of course he did, He's an asshole." She replied huffily
The visible part of his face which was half of it, the rest was covered in by the mask which appeared to be part of his face, suggested he had raised an eyebrow.
"Hmm…" he pondered apparently not thinking much of Shinigami, "I'm just going to grab a few things and then I'll drop you off, your friends seem rather annoyed you're missing…" He continued before trailing off.

He walked back down the hallway, returning quickly with a pair of white ballet flat type shoes, She had only just realised she had lost them awhile ago during the vast fight. As she slipped on her shoes, she noticed her dress had been neatly mended and also had lace attractively sewn around the neckline, she hesitated thinking.
"How did you fix all this without undressing me?" she queried getting slightly suspicious.

"I'm clever," he replied shortly," I saw no more skin than I would now." He continued eyeing her graceful legs and arms, "By the way, what's with the peculiar ears and tail, and who are these people you're travelling with?"
Victoria glared harshly at him.
"I didn't pry abut your life, now I'd thank you to do the same, I knew things would be dangerous, but I wasn't expecting this…" She trailed off slightly.
He looked slightly shocked at how blunt she was, but nodded as to show he saw the fairness in what she had said.
He then opened his mouth briefly before rushing forward to steady Victoria. He lifted her sweepingly off her feet into a cradling position; Victoria blushed lightly, letting a soft noise escape her lips almost like a small bleat before throwing her head back as her body seized up. Adalias steadied her in his arms cautiously preventing her from falling, before her body went limp; however still showing signs of life.
"I'd expect this from such abuse given to such a lovely young woman." Adalias sighed.
He then strolled into another room picking up his sword sheathing it before leaving the house into the hidden a somewhat dark forest.

Different shades of green flashed in front of Victoria's bleary eyes as she felt almost weightless from Adalias gentle grip, Her senses picked up as she heard exotic birds screech and fly past and other magnificent creatures from the forest go about their daily activities. Meanwhile Talon was busy destroying the landscape by pacing back and forth causing small shadowy explosions to erupt from beneath the ground, while Genesis hid behind Justicar who sat somewhat relaxed watching Talon rage around cursing loudly about many different things some choice sentences were about Shini, his mother and how Talon was going to do some unmentionable things to Shini's innards, He came to an abrupt stop hearing cracking in the forest a few hundred metres away, seeing the long grass swishing in a trail before a large figure leapt into the air, landing and placing  Victoria on the ground, however Talon was just as speedy and grabbed the strange man around the neck, he struggled for breath and strained his head around to see Talon.
"Who are you? Are you vampire filth?" Talon growled dangerously into the man's mask which hid his face.
"Non, I be a vampire not, however what I am, is none of your business." Adalias muttered as his throat was being crushed.
Talon growled again just as dangerously. Yet he barely noticed the fact he now had a katana tip poised at his throat, he rethought his decision and dropped the man to his feet. The two men stood at sword length facing off, Talons eyes practically burned with rage, as he glared into the deep holes of the mask. Justicar's chest came into Talon's line of view.
"Talon, don't go picking fights, after all we know nothing about this person and it's rather obvious that he or she has saved Victoria and tended to her wounds." He debated carefully.
Talon grunted angrily, but obviously agreed and averted his gaze from the unidentified man.
Talon looked back to see that the man had disappeared off. Before Genesis could blink he was grabbed roughly and pulled by Justicar into the black void.

Victoria woke up on her feet, being held up by Talon as they paced down a formidable looking alley, she blinked wearily, and genesis stumbled sideways into her as he was jumped into by a what would be attractive girl, if she hadn't of slathered her face in cosmetics. Genesis gave a weak smile, obviously trying to hold back the look of repulsion as her rank smell of booze and drugs overwhelmed his sense of smell. Her speech was so slurred none of them could make much sense of her babbling. As they kept walking Talon totally ignoring Genesis's problem and Justicar choosing to take the same action, the girl fell over a small protruding rock and face planted, the group kept walking, Victoria stumbling every now and then, leaving the girl to giggle drunkenly on the ground. Talon's arm wrapped around Victoria's side, holding her close he began to pick up speed in his pace, Victoria could hear someone behind them almost chasing them. As Talon was almost running, he shot up in the night sky, the wind blowing into Victoria's face, Genesis shot up beside them his wings stretched beautifully to their full length, Justicar on his large gryphon again. As the walls of the alley filled with vampires, Talon, and Justicar flew higher. Vampires with black bat like wings rose from the ground like black bullets, engulfing Genesis, who had not moved from his spot. They watched for half a minute which dragged on for what seem like forever, as the filthy scum ravaged around Genesis. Victoria struggled against Talon to get to Genesis, as an explosion of vampires erupted showing Genesis as his feral form, diving around in the air mauling everything in his path. He flew up towards Victoria grabbing her snarling loudly, Talon loosening his grip without flinching as Genesis flashed past.
Victorias face was buried deep within Genesis's dishevelled fur, the smell was electric causing her head to spin, Genesis growled deeply as he felt her snuggle into his chest, His arms wrapped around her hiding her from view, ignoring the rage and painful roars from Talon and Justicar. They flew in the cover of the clouds, Genesis still in the form of a giant beast, resembling an overgrown wolf that had been interspecies bred with a bear. He began to plummet towards the ground which came steadily closer by every second. Suddenly the millisecond before they crashed horrifically into the ground the earth shifted and separated letting Genesis inside the Underground Tunnels. He flew around the wide tunnels swiftly, bumping around clumsily, waking Victoria up, she lifted her head seeing the walls flash past her so fast it made her head spin, she unexpectedly felt nauseous, and she buried her face back in Gen's chest, forcing the bile down her throat. Genesis travelling at such a high speed crashed into the large wall of an opening room, with a sickening crunch. He smiled dopily at Victoria dropping her on the ground, as the rest of the guys who were decorated in a rather intimidating way stared at the couple.
Genesis rose off his feet, staring back the rowdy looking bunch growling slightly as if to state to back off.
Genesis had transform back to what Victoria called his level 1 stage, which was somewhat more human like.
"Touch her and I'll personally kill you all. Protect her while I'm gone." He's voice was almost as venomous as Talon's; it had a growling taint to it, causing the men to flinch.
He then took off down the narrow passage in the previous form crashing through the roof.

Victoria looked around, and noticed a lot of either moulted feathers or plucked ebony feathers on a large nest like bed; she dragged herself over to it and curled up.

A boom erupted loudly into Victoria's sensitive ears, she woke with a start. The men had exploded into a brawl, standing around in a circle to block the two within. Victoria hid deeply into the bed curling up in fear.
"Oi you stupid bitch, stop hiding and get your slutty ass here." An angry female voice came from the wall hidden within the shadows.
Victoria lifted her head and looked at the slender female chained to the walls by her ankles and wrists. Long, straight, platinum blonde hair fell to her elbows, her eyes were as you could say 'seductive', and with thin lips it set of the vibe she was an attractive woman. This woman resembled what Victoria had pictured as Lust, one of the Seven Deadly Sins. She crawled to her feet, and stood before the woman.
"Don't just stand there dumbass, get me something to eat, since that stupid asshole Talon left with the other two idiots, I haven't been fed." She complained with a grimace on her face.
Victoria gazed dopily at the men still cheering raucously and deafening.
"Didn't they feed you?"
She gave a derisive laugh.
"If they did, would I be bone thin? Look bitch, the food I need is in the vault there. It's a blood bag." She scoffed.
Victoria gave her a hawk like eye, staring into her crimson red eyes. She was a vampire. But why was Talon keeping a vampire hostage, more to the point a female. Victoria knew she was a pureblood merely to the point that just being in Genesis's presence cured a vampire bite. She walked past the rowdy men, accidently bumping heavily into one particularly large, intimidating individual, He turned around his face full of aggression, causing Victoria to whimper slightly. He lifted her up by her slender throat but ever so gently. His eyes bore deep into hers, before he set her back down. She continued to the vault her head now pounding with immense pain; she yanked open the vaults handle, grabbing a blood bag from the icy interior, in from mist poured out from. She staggered back to the chained woman, tearing the bag at the top, and holding it upside down, she then held it above the starved vampire's mouth. Victoria watched her suckle hungrily, a trickle of blood escaping the edge of her mouth, running rapidly down her neck disappearing into her less then choice cut corset. Victoria lifted the bag upwards and righted it. It was half empty. The woman looked just as hungry as before she was fed., Victoria tied the bag and replaced it in the vault. She then crawled dejectedly  back into Genesis's nest of safety, She did not know whether it was Night or day, she didn't care either, she curled up and fell asleep, breathing in Gen's comforting scent which was indescribable.

She looked around; Talon was tied up with blue glowing chains which shrieked with electricity. Talon looked darkly into the interrogators eyes, before he spat in his face before laughing hysterically. As the white haired man wiped his face, blue electricity shot up around Talon, causing him to writhe in pain. Victoria looked into Talon face, which was contorted with agony. She could feel the tears cascading down her face and Shinigami's voice screamed into Talon's face. The more Talon struggled against the restrains, the more electricity sparked, until the point where Talon slumped lifelessly in the chair, his hair frazzled from the electricity.  Vision fading, she could feel her arms being grabbed tight, being shaken violently. She opened her eyes slowly, seeing Genesis was still barely transformed, she could tell by the claws that dug gently into her arms, and the fur that covered a majority of his body, but he looked more the a human. Victoria burst into tears, as Genesis gently held her close.
"What the hell happened?" He asked gently his voice totally mature and serious.
"I saw T-T-Talon... He was being held into a c-chair... and ... e-electrocuted..." she explained through choked tears.
Genesis gave out a soft low growl, holding her closely.

Gen stirred slightly, thoughtlessly rolling over, he opened his eyes as he felt Victoria almost get crushed. He immediately rolled back, seeing the female vampire was watching him intrigued.
"So what she's your girlfriend now?" She sneered
"No, I forgot she was there, Rika." Genesis sneered back implying emphasis on her name.
"I never understood why my moronic parents called me Rika..." She pondered in disgust.
Gen slammed himself into Rika, holding her throat, glaring nastily into her eyes.
"I never understood why your parents came into existence..." He growled leisurely, the venomous words gliding perfectly off his tongue.
She glared back lazily, the two locked in a mental battle.
"Your bitch is waking up..." She pointed out just as lazily as her glare.
Gen looked over his shoulder seeing Victoria lift herself into a half sitting position, using her arms as resting posts. Her hair slightly tousled fell gracefully over her shoulder; her breathing was slow and peaceful. She grabbed the strap that had fallen down her shoulder and repositioned it.  Gen had walked back over to Victoria; she noticed he was back to normal. He picked her up into a cradling position, carried her past the vampire into the main area, where the previous night the men had a brawl.
"Stay here, I need to finish some business." He explained softly.
Genesis returned to the vampire, sitting on the end of his bed, chatting to her.

Victoria watched Genesis come back and grab her arm, and drag her out the hideout.
He ran out into nothingness, the ominous feeling that he was going to fly overwhelmed Victoria, before she knew it she was in the air, and Genesis was smiling happily.

Genesis could feel his grip slipping and he was sure Victoria could feel it as well. He flew over a small town, Dropping suddenly he landed in front of the cutest and most beautiful little house Victoria had ever seen, Genesis being back to his normal self knocked on the door. He looked back at Victoria with a wide smile.
He knocked again, and waited a short while before the door creaked open. In the small arc way which was the doorframe stood a rather pretty woman with a large baby bump. Behind her stood a man that could only be Justicar.

"What are you doing here?" Justicar rumbled stepping back into the darkness of the house.
"Miss here needs a place to stay seeing her own isn't safe." Genesis replied in an undertone.
Justicar's wife stood back and left Victoria walk inside. Her eyes scanned the beautiful home and Justicar slammed the door shut.
